Security Forces Foil Multiple IBOs, Kill 30 Terrorists in KP

In a series of intense operations conducted across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Pakistani security forces have successfully eliminated a significant number of Indian proxy terrorists operating under various identities. The military’s media wing, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), has confirmed that the security forces carried out multiple intelligence-based operations in different areas.

The most recent incident occurred on January 17, when Frontier Constabulary and army personnel gathered stand guard at strategic locations in Kurram district to prevent any potential terrorist activity. The operation was part of a broader effort by the military to maintain law and order in the region.

According to ISPR, security forces have been conducting regular operations against Indian proxy groups operating in KP for several months now. The group, known as Fitna al-Khawarij, has been linked to various terrorist organizations and has been responsible for numerous attacks on Pakistani civilians and military personnel.

The latest operation resulted in the deaths of 30 terrorists, who were reportedly killed during a confrontation with security forces at multiple locations across KP. ISPR stated that the security forces used advanced technology and tactics to identify and neutralize the threat posed by the Indian proxy group.

The operation was part of a larger campaign aimed at disrupting the activities of terrorist groups operating in Pakistan’s tribal areas. The military has been working closely with local authorities and intelligence agencies to gather information on these groups and take decisive action against them.

In addition to the 30 killed, several other terrorists were reportedly captured during the operations, bringing the total number of arrests made so far this year to over 100. ISPR stated that the security forces have also recovered large quantities of arms and ammunition from the terrorist hideouts.

The military has assured the public that they are taking all necessary measures to ensure the safety and security of civilians in KP. The operation is part of a broader effort by the Pakistani government to address the growing threat posed by terrorist groups operating in the region.
